I signed up through my friends email 19June,  I received my estimate bill, and my actual bill 12th August, there was no mention of the £50 as far as I could see

I'd be happy to take this to PM for you to investigate further.

 

What I will need are screenshots that clearly state that we have advised you that you're refer a friend credit has been processed but with the sensitive information this will entail, I'll need to do this over PM
