I was contacting Virgin media but I heard only excuses.Now after 3months they phone me saying sorry yr contract finish you can’t get £50....(3months waiting)You need to have active account to get yr £50
Virgin's systems are clearly not working, since (i) I was an existing customer (ii) my mother used the link to join virgin (iii) I received an email thanking me for the referral (iv) 3 months bills have passed for us both ....no credit
one wonders how many others are being treated like this
I am sorry that you've not yet had your credit for referring your Mother; as long as she signed up via the link you sent there should not be an issue.
I can see that my colleague @Lisa_CC sent you a Private Message on Friday last week after chatting with you on another thread about the same issue in order to take some details and go through security with you but it looks like you declined our assistance.
