Refer a friend reward still pending after 4 months

I referred a friend in October through the refer a friend the £70 refer a friend scheme. I have been checking my Aklamio and it shows as pending as of 28th October 2020. Everything I have read I was expecting to receive my reward 6-8 weeks after this. The reward is still pending so I reached out to aklamio a few weeks back and they said to continue waiting because virgin media still need to confirm my reward on their end. I called virgin media and they are saying this is handled by Aklamio. It’s now been over 4 months and my reward is still pending. What I need to do something more to get my reward? Very fustrated of going back and forth chasing the reward
