Refer a friend referral not applied and have email confirmation it should be

I have email confirmation that the refer a friend credit should be applied to my first bill. I have been billed my full amount today and my referral has not received a discount either. 

I am looking for an email address to forward the email confirmation on to as on the call today they have no record of a referral.
