Reduction on bill

My bill still isn’t showing any reduction for pausing sports package, I have completed the form over 10 times and spoken to 2 advisors over the phone who both advised due to coronavirus they had to email their manager to do this obviously still hasn’t happened and it’s been over 2 months. The confusion isn’t helped by my latest bill showing a credit due to me overpaying on my last bill to try and get a little in front of my bills

Just to confirm do you have Sky Sports as an extra or is it bundled together with Sky Cinema as a pair
