Red light on my hub (overheating). Can I have a replacement

Hi 

My hub 3 has had a solid red light for weeks now. We have shut it off for a few hours, turned it off for an entire day and it’s still red. We have had this hub for over 3 years so I think it’s getting on a bit now. Could you send me a new hub and also could it be upgraded to the latest hub4 please

Sorry to hear you're having an issues with the hub, can you confirm if it's out in the open, upright and nothing blocking the vents?
