Sorry to piggyback, but I’ve been having the same issue today. Constant red light on the hub. Internet went down for a while, but seems to be working again - but the red light is still on. The hub is not hot to the touch.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the red light on your hub.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
In the meantime can you please make sure the hub is out of any direct sources of heat and well ventilated.
