Recording - recover deleted episode

I am trying to recover a deleted episode. I don't have tivo. I don't have my stuff anywhere I can't find it. I have tried you tube but none show my remote

Hi @Natasha73 

If your VM TV remote has a voice button then you have a 360 box. Unfortunately you can't recover deleted recordings on a 360 box.
