I was disconnected on 3/4/20 and managed to contact the call centre and request reconnection that same morning. I was told it my request had been actioned but that reconnection could take up to 72 hrs. I still have no connection. How can I confirm that this is still in hand, I understand that there may be delays but have had no confirmation by email that it’s being sorted.
All sorted. Am well impressed with the virgin service, a very helpful engineer working from home reconnected me and stayed on the line to make sure all was running. I didn’t get his name but top marks to him for resolving an issue with keeping in contact in these difficult times
