Reconnection Issues

Hi, 
 
Please can someone help me out. I was incorrectly disconnected from all my VM services on the 1st April.
 
I had an original disconnection booked for the 10th April but cancelled this on Monday 30th as I was unable to move due to the uk lockdown.
 
On the 1st April ( incorrect date) All my services were disconnected. I am now left without internet or landline and rely on this for my work so am in a bad position.
 
I have spoken to several VM people who are confusing matters after waiting for hours on hold.
 
I would be grateful for some clarity and any help in getting my services back ASAP.
