Thanks for your message Dave, I have followed all these steps and it is not showing the local rep said that the operators who actioned with this were closing due to covid as it was just on the cusp of lockdown.
And it was supposed to be actioned once this settled. No joy or credit.
How do I chase this up without spending ages on the multiple phones to overseas call centres !!!!!
