Recieved a 'Your Virgin Media bill is ready' Email for a date after I canceled
A month ago I phoned up the customer service to stop my virgin media package.
However I have just received an email to a Bill for next month , after I asked for it to be cancelled. I confirmaed over the phone multiple times that it had been canceled but it now seems that nothing has been done.
Was my contract actually stopped or did they not stop the contract at all? If not can it be cancelled now and can I not pay this bill?

Thanks for your post. @Anankha, is correct that if this is within your 30 days notice that you may still receive another bill if the bill generation date falls sometime in between those 30 days. After service cancellation then you will receive a final bill + any bill adjustments needed from the previous bill.
