Virgin Media rang me today and offered me a better broadband deal as I had cancelled mine days before. However, they have sent me two pre-contracts for the broadband. Why? I really don't have time to be sorting out there mistakes so if this doesn't get resolved it looks like I will be cancelling before the contract even starts.

I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion with your new agreed deal. It's possible that you've received two contracts as the agent was looking at the available deals we can offer, but I'll pop you over a private message so I can check this over and ensure everything is in place.
