Reactivation

Hi, I was told my service will be reactivated within 24hrs and I was in a new 18 month contract which is fine. I haven’t received any confirmation emails or supplied with any reference numbers during the phone call. 

Is this normal? I need my service for work etc  

I spoke to Darren in the U.K. approx 5pm.
