keep phoning up i cant login to my account they try to reset password they cant and then the phone goes dead not happy

join the club - number off issues have been reported over the last month

with many issues cant use the web site when as its been disble

or some functions unrelaible - my pssword got reset from mobile on the site an i cant do anything with it - the contract ends in may - june - it will be cancelled

same for tv n broaband cant sign in with - due to the price hiike that virgin did over the last week - sheer high vollume off cals to center in india

no uk call centers part v some are working from home with liminted service - untill the call centers reopen in uk nout much you can do
