Today you sent my new virgin media kit to install our broadband at our new address.
We followed the instructions but the installation failed and I received a text from VM to call a number but when i did I cannot speak to anyone.
When I logged onto my account, it said I didn't have one anymore!
I cannot get hold of anyone to ask about why our broadband is not connected or about my account.
We are a family trying to homeschool and work from home.
Please can someone help me?
