can't log in to virgin media account

I'm having the same issue. Have been struggling to log in to my online account for months. Everytime I try to log in, it either says that some information is not recognised or that an error has occured. I tried to reset my password but although a green tick appears next to my information, it doesn't let me proceed. Could you please help me?
