I am having the same issue. No matter what I try I get the same error message stating "You can't use that password. Please choose another". Please could someone get in touch to help resolve? I need to be able to manage the account and view my bills etc.

Sorry to see you are still having issues with signing into your online account. Just to confirm, is this the same after clearing the cookies and cache and trying on multiple browsers and devices? Have you also been able to try this in a private browser to see if this helps?
