We went over from Plusnet to Virginmedia on 30th Sept. 7 weeks have elapsed, and we still have no landline. Virgin messed up the portal transfer and each time we ring, they just say it will be sorted within 48 hours. Nobody updates us on the fault. Nobody seems to take any responsibility for resolving this. They simply don't care that a business needs a landline to run its core functions. Takes a good 2 hours to get through to someone in the morning. The service from VirginMedia is appalling. I wish I had known this before we changed from Plusnet.

Really sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience when moving over to our services. We unfortunately cannot support business account and service concerns at here as we can only support residential accounts/service.
