I’ve had exactly the same! Each time I cancelled the subscription on the app it’s charged me yet again, so far this has happened three times and I’m therefore paying twice £32 a month for Netflix! Thanks Virgin, I guess we’ll have to cancel the subscription through Netflix and pay your company instead?

Hi @Sammi1 thanks for your post although I'm sorry you're having issues with Netflix being double-charged.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, we have no control over things if the subscription is remaining active as you must go through Netflix if you wish to cancel.

We'd recommend contacting them directly to see if they can assist here, and they can cancel one for you and leave one subscription active.

I rang Netflix themselves and they cancelled it for me. It’s a joke isn’t it.
