I have text this number and was told they cannot cancel my service.
Ive tried calling several times but I dont have time to be kept on hold for days on end (I wish that were an exaggeration).
I have sent a written notice of cancellation but have had no acknowledgement. I have kept text conversations with me repeatedly asking for cancellation and sent the notice recorded delivery. As someone who has been with Virgin since the very beginning its very disappointing to be treated this way.
