I signed up for a broadband contract in December 2022 and was told that I would receive a voucher of £120 after 120 days of my payment validation.   
I have not received any e-mail or update since then. 
Could you please look into this.

As per previous messages on this thread, for vouchers from giftcloud you should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at  

and quote the following:

1.your purchase date,

2. the product/package purchased

3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers] or CH (and 10 numbers)

4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)
