I've had my family mobiles moved to O2 and despite the suggestion of the 14 days, I went to MyO2 today to see about how I get the broadband speed boost. A chat with them told me in no uncertain terms that VM will remain managing it - so there's no scope of loggin in to MyO2 to manage my broadband / volt if it's 100% that VM will manage it and not O2?
I just feel the comms could have been much simpler - I'm not technical in any way and I'm struggling to understand. And of course, O2 have online chat - VM have a community. I want to talk to VM about changing my TV / broadband bundle and could not find any way to contact them so I guess there's a bit of a pattern.
