Sorry to hear you are having an issue with setting up VAT receipts
I'd like to take a look into this for you as we can get this arranged.
The VAT receipts are sent out by paper at the end of the month you are billed.
It is possible to also backdate any that you require, so we are all good from here.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
