we are having the same issue - we desperately need this credit sorting in order to get our mortgage application accepted. My other half has emailed: Erikas - please reply or could I have a number to contact them. This is URGENT.

Hi - it’s named “owed money”
Regardless of if (throwing scenarios here):
you previously owed money and paid it - it will get marked as resolved, not wiped out.
The credit agencies only get updated twice a month. You are not the only one emailing too so it might not get picked up this cycle.
Generally people should look at their credit score more often, especially if there is even a hint of needing it for a home etc.

You may not hear from them for a while anyway. It was over a couple week wait before, potentially around a month.
