Last night I had a call from Virgin 0800 183 6403 to upgrade my package for £5 extra till 22/08/2022 when my monthly bill will go up from £109 to nearly £150/mth. The grades are broadband - from 200 mbps to 300 mbps, Sky Sports - upgrade to full HD and mobile sim data 2mb to 5mb. Actually, I don't need 300 mbps for my broadband or Sky full HD.
I have 14 days from 1st Feb 2021 to cancel but I couldn't make the changes via online. I called 0345 454 1111 or or using my mobile dialing 150 but because of the pandemic I was asked to make the changes online. Is there any other way or contact ?
