There seems to be problems with the O2 merger regarding the Ultimate Volt bundle.At set up I was sent a Virgin sim and had to wait for my current mobile number to be restored. This week I was cut off by O2,who had no record of my mobile account.Querying this with VM I was sent a copy order for a new,O2,sim card, charged at £8 a month. I purchased a bundle at an agreed price with an O2 sim card included. WHY WAS MY MOBILE DISCONNECTED WITHOUT NOTICE? Why do Virgin and O2 not exchange mobile account details? Why are VM changing a package which was acknowledged and billed,as agreed for the first month? Why do I even need to talk to O2 and be told I had to talk to VM to sort out the problem?
