Hello, I am also having this issue. I accidentally dropped a letter when typing out my Virgin Media order, and such do not have the confirmation email, nor a phone or account number to call virgin customer support with. I only have my Order number. 

I apologise if this is hijacking an older thread but I have entirely run out of options regarding actually contacting virgin media about this issue.
