Thank you for your reply, it is HUB3 which is not on the list. Probably explains why there was no paperwork to return and I have not received any emails regarding this.

If you want to though, you can still request packaging using the following form
/virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack
You can then use either of the following links to find your nearest store to return the equipment (they contain different addresses)
