Re: Renewing contract

Believe I may be in a very similar predicament here. The lady on the other end of the phone would just not listen to me insisting that I didnt want or need a SIM. Her response was that I can cancel the SIM with o2 within the 14 day cooling off period which I have now done.

i was an ultimate oomph bundle and have remained on that. In all honesty I was happy to drop some services but given that it wasnt mentioned that I may pay more for my Virgin services if I cancelled the SIM I assumed I was getting a great deal. I requested numerous times for this to be clarified and was assured that I could just cancel with o2.

The cynic in me thinks that a lot of these Volt packages are being mis-sold.

Hi there @mattisnotfat, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.

Sorry to see that you have had issues with your contract. If you have renewed your contract onto one of our Volt deals you would be sent an O2 sim to be fully eligible for the specific deal.  I'm sorry this was not correctly explained when you were renewing your contract with the team.

I hope this has now been sorted for you, if you need any further help with this, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.

Regards

Nathan
