Good evening, it`s me again, got my Virgin hub today, up and running now, still can`t register for my Virgin account, anyone can help please ?

Good morning, I have the same issue, can`t register my account, do I have to wait for the service to be activated first or what do I have to do?

Good evening.

I received my new contract on 14.02, 4 days later I still can`t open a MyVirgin account.


Anyone who can help please?

Good evening, I`ve checked all the emails I received from Virgin and in the Direct debit one had my name misspelt, I tried that wrong version and I could register for My Virgin account.

I hope my update will help others in similar predicament 🙂
