Password reset not working

Hello,

I have been trying to reset my password for 4 hours now. I have:

- requested password resets

- clicked the 'password email reset' link 3 times

- received two password reset emails that were both expired

- cleared my cache

- cleared my browser history

- installed brave

- tried again with brave which didn't work

- tried on my mobile

- my son tried on his mobile

- received different error messages (DEF01, AP103)

Please can you help me reset my account password. You are charging me for broadband and actively preventing me from accessing and managing my account.
