Outside brown virgin media cable box cover completely broken

I have the exact same problem. Been going round in circles trying to contact VM.

Is there any chance that you can assist with this problem please?

At the moment i have the wiring covered with a plastic bag taped over it

I got fed up trying to contact virgin media, so bought one off ebay. Thanks for getting back to me though
