Sorry to hear you are getting these alerts despite sending the equipment back. Just to confirm, did you send the equipment back as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment ? If so, when did you send it? Also, did you send the equipment with tracking?
