I'm having the exact same issue and it is beyond frustrating, not getting any help calling up or submitting complaints at all. They act as if I am lying to them, despite having the pre contract documents and order number? But apparently they cannot use this to search? What gives with this?

Is there any way you can look into this for me please?

For some reason my complaint is showing as closed even though the issue was not resolved also
