Hi Ashleigh

 

I am a former customer and had to leave in October 2021 due to a house move where your service was unavailable at my new address. Initially I was charged a termination fee but this was then removed. I have recently checked my credit file to find a default has been registered. This is incorrect and needs to be removed.

Please investigate and arrange for the removal.
