I’m in the same boat!!  Bring trying to cancel ALL MORNING.  My contracted ended a few months ago so I am not longer in a contract and can leave.  I have gone through the messaging route and also called to cancel.  Just got out on hold for hours!  This is an absolute joke!  I would definitely not recommend virgin media to anyone ever again!  They are just money grabbing dickheads the lot of them!  AVOID.

I am sorry to hear you are leaving us and that you have had problems trying to cancel your services. 

 

Unfortunately, this is not something we can assist with via the Forums but you do have 3 options if you do wish to cancel-  call us on 150/03454541111 (option 4 and 4 again), Text us on 07533051809, or Write to us at the address in our T&Cs
