Hi i have the same problem, i cant call them they are not answering and if they do they do not listen in what you are saying .... i am leaving and here we are months later and we still here .
if you really want to keep us lower your prices, having 1000 channels means nothing to me lower your prices.
in the meantime i cant cancel as no email system works, no live chat no calls are answered .
virgin cancel my account asap .....
