I was hoping you could put me in touch with someone in your executive complaint escalation team.
It is rather urgent and I am having no luck getting hold of anyone since my complaint was raised in December - and I still have no reliable internet.
I am lucky that I work in telecoms (actually a Virgin product seller) Here are my headline numbers :
730 hours of no Internet since december
19 hours on hold to VM
3 engineer visits
3 engineers that have told me I have issues that cant be fixed.
1 official complaint raised
42 days of no contact regarding this complaint
0 outstanding bills
2 service charge increases
1 help given by VM.
I really need to discuss this with someone in your team.
