I also need help updating phone number as website says error every time I try online why god only knows
I've created a new thread for you so it will be picked up quicker by the forum team.
To be honest, you can't update your contact number online for a media account, just the mobile account.
It would be a lot easier if VM updated their systems to allow customers to do this themselves.
