If it helps:  It is a wide issue, I have very same problem and any login even via the My Virgin Media page fails. It started in the above reported time frame and persists.

It is redirecting to wrong and/or timing out pages, this is a server / VM side problem and started in above repored timeframe - it is not specific to one user.

So any suggestions much appreciated, BUT please consider that this is not a client-side issue therefore as per previous user's report, please do not suggest personalised fixes - this is a problem at VM end as several users started to be affected in exact same time frame.
