Hi, could you look into this for me too please?  I was not an existing customer,  I cancelled vodafone and my mobile phone contract 2 months ago.  I never received my SIM, I've tried to get through but calls just ring out.  I've received an email saying checks mean I'm not eligible for oomph bundle and have been switched to bb100 bundle.  No reason given for why I'm not eligible.   I don't know what bb100 gives me  and I'm assuming I won't get my SIM so will have to sort that out.  You can't just change a  contract 2 months in to it surely.  What us bb100?

Sorry to hear of the package issues and that you're still awaiting the SIM card for your Oomph package, we can understand the frustration and concern this can cause and appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
