Re: Email Linked to Old Account - Cannot Register or Login to New Account

Hi, have been having same issue for past 6 weeks. Previously had an account years ago, now I'm unable to set up a new virgin media account as my email address is linked to the old account. I also can't use a new email address as the system always says it has found my account and it is linked to my original email.

 

Several calls with virgin media team but no progress so far. Can someone please take a look?
