Problem is with Virgin Media. It was way back in 2016. Think it was all charged incorrectly so they promised to sort it out, foolishly I thought they had. Was quite shocked when £554,05 showed up all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago. They said in LiveChat that they would not charge me until all the credit was used up but then 2 days later they charged me again. I have requested it be returned to me.
