Can we please confirm if you've cancelled the account and paid your final bill and returned your equipment? 

 

Have you spoken with the team in regards to this before?

they will not let me upgrade my mobile accout and i have payed it of in full

if you have failed a credit check its there is little they will do unless you pay for the phone up front.
