Hi I’m in the same situation. Constant incorrect bills, I ring every month and they correct and yet again I get sent the wrong bill amount. They tell me not to worry as they will only take out the correct amount and they do but, my online bills show I’m in arrears and if and when I leave Virgin I’m worried that they will chase me for more money.
it’s unacceptable, let alone quite frightening and stressful. Nobody seems to sort this, they just say don't worry the correct amount will only come out your account!
