I've emailed them, phoned and phoned. I sent them a recorded delivery letter which they have noted on their system. Latest was somebody was going to phone me back on Saturday, but nothing. I'm not being contacted from a third party debt collector. Nightmare
Problem cancelling virgin contract after being a customer for 6 years due to house move

I've been trying to cancel my virgin contract since February without success. In April after being ignored, I cancelled the direct debit as I'd sold and moved out of my house. I've written to Virgin recorded delivery, phoned and emailed without success. The latest was somebody would phone me on Saturday, but nothing!
I've had a few calls from Virgin sales team wanting to upgrade my contact (so they know I requested to leave). Unfortunately, the Sales Team have no power or authority to deal with my complaint.
I'm now being hounded from bpo collections via mail and text.
