I have the same issue as most of the people here. I cannot access my virgin account. It's been since last year. I've already asked twice for it to be fixed but nothing happened. Whenever I try to log in it's saying my e-mail is not recognised and the details provided (last name, account number and area code) are incorrect. How come if I keep receiving notifications that my bill is ready to the same e-mail address?
Very frustrating experience. I've only encountered this forum now after waiting on a phone line for someone from Virgin to answer, without success.
Hopefully will be able to make it fixed via this channel.
