Broken Omnibox - Trip hazard

Hi,due to an elderly nehbour tripping, I would like to report a Virgin broken brown box(back part of a brown exterior box still exists cover missing) with a exposed to the elements and unterminated/cut cable that is a trip hazard across a walkway.

The property is at the corner of belvoir road and hollingsworth close 2-3m from near a tree in Cleethorpes, DN35 area, probably the rear of property at number two aspen court.
