Thanks for providing those additional details. In regard to the credit you've mentioned, is this a one-time, or recurring credit? Please also be aware that any credits applied to your account (recurring or one-time), are only applied to your next/future bills, so if your bill had been generated before a credit was applied, then this would only be seen on your next bill.
In regard to the TV Box, can you expand further on the issues? Is the connection to the box dropping? Do you see any error codes when the issue occurs?
